Abstracts
Des figures historiques comme Ivan le Terrible, Raspoutine, Staline, et même Vladimir Poutine, fort éloignées des modèles de sainteté, font maintenant l’objet d’appels à leur canonisation de la part de groupuscules politico-religieux fondamentalistes, mais aussi, pour Staline, du Parti communiste de la Fédération de Russie, qui a annexé l’orthodoxie à son idéologie. Des icônes de tous ces pseudo-saints sont en vente dans certaines églises et sur l’internet. La croyance en un complotisme russophobe sert à rejeter les critiques dont ces personnages font l’objet. Les condamnations, par l’Église orthodoxe russe, de ces canonisations sauvages, restent sans effet et témoignent d’un enténèbrement des esprits.
Historical figures such as Ivan the Terrible, Rasputin, Stalin, and even Vladimir Putin, very far from being models of holiness, are now the subject of attempts for their canonisation on the part of political-religious fundamentalist groups, but also, for Stalin, from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, which has annexed orthodoxy to its ideology. Icons of all these pseudo-Saints are for sale in certain churches and on the Internet. The belief in a Russophobic conspiracy is used to reject the criticisms aimed at these figures. The condemnation by the Russian Orthodox Church of these wild canonisations remains without effect and speaks of a certain stupefaction of society.
В последнее время различные политическо-религиозные фундаменталистские группы, и даже коммунисты (с тех пор, как Коммунистическая партия Российской федерации включила православие в свою идеологию) призывают канонизировать таких весьма далеких от моделей святости, исторических деятелей, как Иван Грозный, Распутин, Сталин и даже Владимир Путин. Иконы всех этих псевдо-святых продаются в некоторых церквях и в Интернете. Вера в русофобский заговор используется для того, чтобы отмести критику в адрес подобных персонажей. Осуждение Русской православной церковью таких «диких» канонизаций остается без эффекта, что свидетельствует об умопомрачении части нынешнего общества.
