Abstracts
Dans les années 1870-1890, le nihilisme et les « nihilistes », nom générique sous lequel on comprend tous ceux qui aspirent à un changement radical dans l’État russe, font l’objet de nombreux articles dans la presse française, et de « romans nihilistes » dont nous présentons un important corpus. Le « mariage fictif » (blanc), popularisé par N. Tchernychevski, au service de l’émancipation féminine et de la cause révolutionnaire, est l’un des motifs obligés de ces romans. Il sera ici illustré par celui du populiste S. Sinégoub, en 1872, raconté par lui-même.
In the years 1870-1890, nihilism and “nihilists” – the generic name under which all those aspiring to a radical change in the Russian state were included–were the subject of numerous articles in the French press, as well as of “nihilist novels”, of which we present here a significant corpus. The “sham marriage” (fake marriage), popularised by N. Chernyshevsky in favour of the emancipation of women and the revolutionary cause, is one of the inevitable motifs in these novels. We will illustrate this with an example from the populist S. Sinegub in 1872, as told by himself.
В 1870-1890 гг. нигилизм и «нигилисты», – общее название, которое охватывало всех тех, кто стремился к радикальным изменениям в российском государстве, были предметом многочисленных статей во французской прессе и «нигилистических романов», большой список которых мы приводим в нашей статье. «Фиктивный брак», популяризированный Н. Чернышевским, в пользу женской эмансипации и революционного дела, является одним из обязательных мотивов этих романов. Здесь он будет иллюстрирован примером бракосочетания народника С. Синегуба в 1872 году, рассказанного им самим.
