La culture et l’esthétique japonaises ont laissé des traces profondes dans la mémoire et le cœur de l’écrivain Konstantin Simonov (1915-1979). Celui-ci eut l’occasion de se rendre trois fois au Japon : une première fois comme correspondant à la fin de 1945 et en 1946, une seconde fois quelques jours en 1961 et une troisième fois en 1967. Dans son journal de voyage de 1946 (dont sont tirés Récits sur l’art japonais et Japon. 46) et dans ses carnets de voyage de 1967, le théâtre japonais, traditionnel comme classique, occupe une place de choix. En 1967, Simonov n’assista qu’à un seul spectacle, Mystère-Bouffe de Vladimir Maïakovski, donné par la troupe Tokyo Engeki Ansenburu. Ce fut l’occasion pour lui de retrouver le célèbre metteur en scène et acteur Senda Korenari (1904-1994) qu’il avait rencontré une première fois en 1946.
La majeure partie des extraits du journal de 1946 et des carnets de 1967 reproduits dans cet article est publiée pour la première fois.
K. M. Simonov (1915-1979) visited Japan for the first time in 1946 as a member of a group of Soviet correspondents. They traveled through the country demolished by the war from the northern island Hokkaido to southern Kyushu. The Japanese culture and its esthetics had a profound impact on Simonov’s heart and memory. Twenty years passed and in 1967 the writer actually repeated the same itinerary together with his wife L. A. Zhadova (1927-1981). In his Japanese diaries of 1946 and travelling notes of 1967, an important place is devoted to Japanese theatre, both traditional and modern. In 1967 he had seen only one performance, Misteria-buff by V. Mayakovsky staged by Tokyo’s theatrical troupe Engeki Ansanburu. Simonov met the producer of the performance the well-known Japanese director and actor Senda Korenari (1904-1994) who appeared to be familiar to him from the distant 1946.
The majority of the fragments from diaries of 1946 and notes of 1967 included here are published for the first time.
К.М. Симонов (1915-1979) впервые посетил Японию в составе группы советских корреспондентов в 1946 г. Они проехали по разрушенной войной стране от северного острова Хоккайдо до южного Кюсю. Японская культура, эстетика оставили глубокий след в сердце и памяти К.М. Симонова. Через 20 лет, в 1967 г. вместе с женой Л.А. Жадовой (1927-1981), он фактически повторил свой маршрут. В японских дневниках 1946 г. и путевых заметках 1967 г. значительное место посвящено японскому театру, и традиционному и современному. В 1967 г. он посмотрел всего лишь один спектакль, постановку «Мистерии-Буфф» В. Маяковского труппой Токио Энгэки Ансанбуру. Он встретился с режиссером-постановщиком пьесы известным японским режиссером и актером Сэнда Корэнари (1904-1994), который оказался ему знаком еще по 1946 г.
Значительная часть предлагаемых читателю отрывков из дневников 1946 г. и заметок 1967 публикуется впервые.
