This article examines the ways in which Comical History of the States and Empires of the Moon (1657) and The States and Empire of the Sun (1662) by Cyrano de Bergerac touch upon the epistemological dimension and the heuristic role of the question of representation. However crucial to knowledge sharing, representation – as a way of understanding the world – appears first of all as an experience of failure, as a sign or a reminder of impotence. However, when it works, it becomes the possibility of an encounter with others, even the possibility for the individual to be at once same and other. Thus, these two novels question the essence of representation, identity and subjectivity in the XVIIth century.

Based on the philosophy and theory of text redefine notions of subjectivity, objectivity and intersubjectivity is proposed and consequently with it an array of typology of texts on objective and subjective texts are applying. An analysis of the socio-cultural reasons from modernity have come to be the main obstacle to settling this necessary differentiation is proposed typological; as well as a central concept for addressing Subjective texts (symbolic, mythological, aesthetic), the notion of ashpoint and reflects on its methodological scope. Finally, the usefulness of this notion from the analysis of the Gospel text about the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is shown.

By studying the Spanish film Blancanieves aims verify the relevance of textual analysis that takes into account the epistemological functions of language, and more specifically the ideological and poetic. Thus, the difficult balance that keeps the film from its need to adapt, on the one hand, the dominant postmodern ideology is checked and, secondly, to represent his attraction Hispanic symbolic universe (Catholic, flamenco and bullfighting) which in turn comes to terms with one’s own traditional tale, universal poetic appearing in the longing father and hero, there where the feminine and masculine may become articulate.
