      <link>http://interfas.univ-tlse2.fr/lineaeditoriale/396</link>
The article introduces eight essays, later collected in a volume entitled: XVIth century Italian and Venetian printed works in the Rare Book Collection. The collection consists of eight bibliographical, philological and literary studies of eight volumes from the XVth and XVIth centuries, stored in the library of the University of Quebec (UQAM), in Montreal. The works range from poetry and historiography to mythology and theology and also translation of ancient works. The Canadian collection aims to illustrate the combined development of art, technique and ideas during the Italian Humanistic Age. The collection demonstrates not only how literary works of the time were intertwined, but also its subsequent impact on Quebec entering the modern age. </description>
